This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for a wide range of general orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuriesPerform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hipEvaluate and treat athletes of all levels, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and a safe return to sportManage a high-volume outpatient clinic while maintaining an efficient surgical scheduleCollaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care physicians to provide coordinated patient careRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic SurgerySuccessful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery ResidencyFellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred but not required for generalistsPossession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registrationDemonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniquesExperience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation toolsStrong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapistsBenefits:Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable MGMA guidelines)Contract bonuses off of RVU's and quality metricsSign-on bonus (negotiable)Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included403(b) opportunities including employer matchExceptional CME fundsLicensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/SubscriptionsFlexible time off total of 6 weeks** Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license **Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
