Job Description Job Title: Registered Dietitian (Full-Time)Location: Pottsville, PAFacility Type: Skilled Nursing FacilityWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Sayre, PA, now under new management with Isle Healthcare. This full-time role is ideal for a professional committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our residents through expert nutritional care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission and as neededDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plansCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated careProvide medical nutrition therapy for a variety of conditions, including diabetes, renal disease, and malnutritionMonitor residents' nutritional status, weight trends, and dietary intakeEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS guidelinesOversee menu planning to meet nutritional standards and resident preferencesProvide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff as appropriateParticipate in care plan meetings and quality assurance initiativesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical recordQualifications:Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential requiredLicensed Dietitian in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master's preferred)Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredStrong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageSupportive team environment under new leadershipOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident careOngoing professional development opportunitiesAbout Isle Healthcare:Isle Healthcare is committed to delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes in skilled nursing environments.
