A highly respected Asheville-based law firm with an established estate planning, elder law, and wealth preservation practice is seeking an experienced attorney with a sophisticated tax or private wealth planning background to join its team. The firm is not seeking a general estate planner or traditional elder law attorney. Instead, they are looking for an attorney who can advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and closely held companies on complex planning matters involving estate, income, gift, and corporate tax strategies.This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys solving sophisticated planning issues, structuring tax-efficient strategies, and serving as a key technical resource within a growing private client practice.The OpportunityYou will work alongside an established team with a substantial client base, helping deepen the firm's capabilities in advanced tax-driven planning.
