The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development, modern frontend technologies, REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting scalable full-stack applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React.Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL development, database design, and performance optimization.Implement application integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications following enterprise engineering best practices.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.Write unit, integration, and automated tests and ensure high-quality production releases.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes.Support cloud-based application development and deployment.Prepare technical documentation and contribute to application modernization initiatives.Required Skills10+ years of professional software development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring FrameworkStrong experience with Microservices ArchitectureHands-on experience developing RESTful APIsStrong frontend development experience with Angular or ReactStrong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Strong SQL and relational database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similarExperience with JPA/HibernateStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structuresExperience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/BitbucketExperience with Maven or GradleExperience with JUnit, Mockito, or equivalent testing frameworksStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologiesExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOpsExperience with Redis or other caching technologiesExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDBExperience with ELK/Splunk or application monitoring toolsExperience working in telecommunications, wireless, or large-scale consumer technology environmentsExperience with enterprise-scale application modernizationKnowledge of secure coding practices and OAuth2/JWTExperience working with high-volume, distributed applicationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
