CustodianSalary: Auxiliary Pay Range Pay Grade 1 Minimum Maximum $19,943.00 $11.18/hr $26,972.00 $15.12hr Minimum Duty Days: 223 Days Start Date: 2025-2026 Workday Schedule Minimum Requirements: Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the campuses. This position will work to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable school environment. Special Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with administrators and other staff. Treat all people with dignity and respect. Ability to operate cleaning equipment, power tools, and hand tools. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to follow and convey verbal and written instructions. Ability to schedule and organize custodial and maintenance work. Ability to take the initiative in responding to custodial problems before they escalate. Ability to work as a member of a team.
