We are seeking an In-Home Therapist to join our team! It Takes a Family (ITAF) is a dynamic social service organization seeking a hard-working individual to function in a demanding In-Home Therapist position in the Salem County Area. This position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to multitask as well as excellent networking ability. It Takes A Family, LLC is an approved in home provided agency. Services we provide include in home therapy, behavioral assistance, psychological and psychiatric assessments. Benefits: · Flexible schedule Job Types: · Contract Pay: · $70.00 per hour Duties: · Provide In-home therapy/counseling utilizing principles and methods from appropriate therapeutic modalities · Provide in-home psycho-social education skill building for conflict resolution, coping, limit-setting, stress management and/or self-care · Create and follow Plan of Care to meet the needs of the beneficiary and family · Submit updated/revised Plan of Care in CYBER · Model appropriate responses for parent/guardian or other key individuals and teach those individuals to directly execute treatment plan interventions · Teach self-management skills designed to assist youth in controlling his or her own behavior · Work cooperatively with staff from CMO, UCM, CSA, MRSS and other community agencies · Adhere to Ethical Code of Conduct as prescribed by your respective licensing Board · Other duties as assigned Schedule: · Day shift · Monday to Friday · Weekends as needed Education: · Master's (Required) License/Certification: · NJ LAC, LSW, LCSW, LAMFT (Required) Ability to Relocate: · Gloucester County, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road Job Type: Contract Pay: $70.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: Pennsville, NJ 08070 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Pennsville, NJ 08070: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
