What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals, price uplift, and churn reduction
Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes
Lead and scale global customer support operations, meeting service level agreements and performance targets
Develop and implement customer training strategies to enhance product adoption and renewal success
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence customer outcomes and support processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
8-12+ years of experience in Customer Success within a global B2B SaaS company
Proven leadership experience managing Customer Success, onboarding, and enablement teams
Strong track record of driving NRR, renewals, and expansion
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango), CRM, and LMS tools
Background in working closely with Product and Sales leadership
Experience with both enterprise and mid-market customer models
