Construction Manager

E&E Engineering and Associates, LLC, is seeking a driven and versatile Construction Manager to join our growing team. With our expertise in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a focus on earthwork, infrastructure, and remediation construction projects, this position will help oversee all aspects of our construction operations while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing projects, handling bids, securing contracts, and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing bids and negotiating contracts. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, reporting to company leadership. Assist in shaping company strategies and operational improvements as we grow. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in both operations and business development. Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations. Ability to wear multiple hats and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools. Why Join Us?
