Job Description Responsibilities Central Fill Portfolio ExecutionSupport execution of downstream marketing strategy for the Central Fill portfolio aligned with business growth objectivesDevelop and deploy compelling value propositions emphasizing operational efficiency, scalability, and patient impactContribute to commercialization and lifecycle marketing activities to drive sustained adoption National Accounts & Health Systems FocusDevelop targeted marketing programs tailored to National Accounts and Health Systems, including IDNs and large pharmacy operatorsPartner with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to align marketing with account plans and revenue targetsSupport executive engagement strategies, customer workshops, and key account activations Go-to-Market ExecutionDesign and execute omnichannel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growthSupport product launches, campaign execution, and field enablement initiativesRepresent Central Fill portfolio at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events Sales Enablement & Commercial SupportDevelop sales tools, messaging, and customer-facing collateral for enterprise-level sellingEnable Sales teams with insights and materials tailored to health systems and national customersPartner with Commercial Operations to optimize lead flow and conversion Customer & Market InsightsCollect and synthesize voice of customer and market trends to inform strategyTranslate insights into actionable marketing programs Performance OptimizationTrack performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, engagement, and ROIContinuously optimize campaigns based on insights Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)MQL and SQL generation and conversionPipeline and revenue growth within National Accounts and Health SystemsCampaign ROI and cost per leadCustomer engagement and satisfaction (including NPS)Successful execution of launches and campaigns QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or capital equipmentExperience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts including Health Systems or National AccountsProven experience in go-to-market execution and sales enablementStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organizationWillingness to travel up to 20% At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
