Spanish speaking a huge bonus but not a must. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid position for an LPC-Associate at Courage 2 Overcome Counseling & Consulting Services PLLC. The role is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The LPC-Associate will provide individual, group, and family counseling under supervision, develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, and maintain accurate and confidential client records. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, participating in case consultations, and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. Comfortable working with Margenalized community, DV clients and also court mandated clients. hybrid schedule is at least one day out the week. Retention incentive is offer to those that qualify. Qualifications Experience with conducting individual, group, and family counseling, as well as building therapeutic relationships with clients.Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, case management, and documentation.Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and professional teams.Familiarity with ethical standards in counseling and a commitment to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with active LPC-Associate licensure in Texas.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment (at least one day out the week)Experience with diverse populations and a strong understanding of multicultural counseling practices are highly desirable.Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
