Sr. ServiceNow Developer100% RemoteFTEClearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen to obtain security clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SPM, and CSMTranslate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned to CSDM and platform standardsDevelop advanced platform components (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, external systems)Enforce development standards, code quality, and platform governance guardrailsConduct code reviews and approve technical designsSupport release management, deployment readiness, and DevSecOps processesCollaborate with architects, functional leads, and governance boards (e.g., PGB)Mentor and guide mid/junior developersSupport backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint executionRequired Skills & Experience7–10+ years overall IT experience5+ years ServiceNow development experienceAdvanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs)Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworksStrong experience with at least 3 modules (ITSM + CMDB/ITOM/HAM/SPM/CSM)Experience designing and implementing integrationsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsStrong understanding of data models, especially CMDB/CSDMExperience with code versioning, testing, and deployment practicesDesired Skills & Domain ExperienceServiceNow CAD and CSA certificationsExperience with ITOM Discovery and Service MappingExperience in multi-instance ServiceNow environmentsFamiliarity with governance frameworks (CAB, PGB, release governance)Experience in federal or regulated environmentsExposure to platform strategy, architecture, and scaling considerations
