Location: Pecos, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay:

No data center experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in facilities operations, maintenance, engineering, or critical infrastructure. The team is willing to train candidates who are dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn technical systems and equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and inspect equipment and facility systems
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Complete routine facility walkthroughs and documentation
- Support preventative maintenance projects
- Work alongside experienced technicians and contractors
- Follow safety procedures and operating standards
- Respond to operational issues and learn problem-solving techniques
- Develop technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and facility systems over time
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GEDStrong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
- Comfortable using basic computer applications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site and support a rotating shift schedule
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications: The following are helpful but not required:
- Experience in maintenance, construction, manufacturing, facilities, automotive, military, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or industrial environments
- Exposure to tools, equipment repair, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance
- Interest in engineering, facilities, critical infrastructure, or data center operations
- Trade school, vocational training, military experience, or technical certifications
