Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care by implementing personalized care plans that address a wide range of complex clinical pathways, from acute kidney injury to post-surgical recovery.+ Lead the interdisciplinary care team as the primary coordinator, ensuring seamless communication between physicians and specialists to provide holistic patient support.+ Monitor and advocate for patient safety by tracking clinical conditions in real-time and documenting the patient journey to ensure high-quality, accurate records.+ Facilitate successful patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, ensuring patients and their families are prepared for the next stage of healing.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
