Test Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design test strategies, test plans, and test cases from requirements and design documents.• Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver.• Execute functional, smoke, regression, and integration tests.• Report, track, validate, and close defects.• Participate in system design sessions to provide input on testability of new features.• Gather metrics on all testing activities and identify areas for improvement.What You'll Need• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in software development, release management, or operations management.• Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Git or similar software.• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile-Scrum methodology.• Experience with API and endpoint testing, and Continuous Integration pipelines.• Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning and task execution.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus potential for bonuses.• Opportunity to work on critical software supporting national security initiatives.• Flexible work schedule with potential for remote tasks.• Professional development and exposure to challenging technical work.Apply via Haystack today!
