Development Manager (Construction)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee real estate development and construction projects from concept through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction and development projects from pre-construction through completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Manage project timelines and deliverables.Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in construction development/project management.Strong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and entitlements.Excellent leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools.
