Conflicts Clearance Analyst

Soni is working with a global law firm to find a Conflicts Clearance Analyst to join the Office of General Counsel. The position will support new matter intake and lateral attorney hiring. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts of interest, including assisting with waivers, engagement letter provisions, and ethical screens. The analyst works closely with attorneys, senior conflicts leadership, and legal staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Review and assess intake requests for new and existing matters to ensure clarity and completenessAnalyze conflicts reports and conduct targeted research using internal systems and external databasesPrepare clear, concise conflicts summaries for attorneys, highlighting issues and proposed resolutionsDraft and review conflict waivers and engagement letter provisions; follow through to completionEstablish and monitor information/ethical screens as requiredEscalate unresolved or complex conflicts issues to senior conflicts leadership and the Office of General CounselRequirements:Prior experience with conflicts analysis, research, and resolution in a law firm settingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills related to complex conflicts mattersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain issues succinctlyExceptional attention to detail, organization, and issue-tracking abilitiesComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentCompensation: $95,000-115,000
