Interregional Planning Advisor

We’re seeking a collaborative professional to help lead these efforts and drive meaningful impact.As our Interregional Planning Advisor, you will lead key transmission planning activities tied to MISO’s interregional agreements and alternative studies. You’ll manage projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and partner across teams to enhance planning processes and outcomes.In This Role, You WillLead process and policy projects, developing and coordinating work plans related to interregional planning and cost allocationFacilitate stakeholder meetings and external communicationsDrive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and timelinessPrepare reports and insights for transmission owners, committees, state regulators, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and other stakeholdersCollaborate across internal teams including expansion planning, economic planning, and cost allocationWhat Success Looks LikeOur top-performing Advisors bring curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They communicate effectively, work well across teams, and consistently contribute to solutions that move the organization forward.The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $124,000-$149,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
