We focus on building long-term client relationships and helping coaches develop lasting, rewarding careers in the profession. Our clients include busy professionals, active retirees, golfers, adult athletes, and individuals looking to improve their health, performance, and quality of life.We are seeking a Personal Trainer/Coach who is passionate about helping people, committed to continuing education, and interested in becoming an integral part of a collaborative coaching team.A quick note from Founder Andy TwellmanPersonal training can be a tough profession. Many coaches spend years working split shifts, driving all over town, fighting for space on crowded gym floors, and dealing with the uncertainty that comes with inconsistent schedules and unpredictable income.I’ve been in the industry for more than 25 years and have experienced plenty of those challenges myself. When I started Driven Performance Training in 2009, my goal was simple: create a place where great coaches could build lasting relationships with clients, continually improve their craft, and enjoy a stable, rewarding career doing work they genuinely love. Just as importantly, I wanted to build a team that supports one another rather than competes with one another.Today, many of our client relationships span years, and in some cases decades. Our coaches collaborate regularly, share ideas freely, and work together to provide an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. If you’re looking for a long-term professional home where coaching is treated as a craft and relationships matter, we’d love to hear from you.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional one-on-one and small-group coaching sessionsDevelop and maintain long term client relationshipsDesign individualized training programsContribute to an outstanding experience for all Driven clientsParticipate in continuing education and team developmentCollaborate with fellow coaches to improve outcomes and serviceMaintain accurate scheduling and client recordsOccasionally cover sessions for other coachesQualificationsCandidates should have 2+ years of personal training experience in a professional setting, a strong foundation in exercise science, and current CPR/AED certification.
