Job Description:
Responsibilities
Customer Service: answering incoming telephone calls and handling the caller’s inquiry if able, or, noting what is needed and forwarding the note internally to the appropriate team member.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Sorting and shipping documents to borrowers
General Admin Functions for Disbursement Team
Other duties identified by the Manager
Job Specifications
Knowledge
High school diploma/GED required.
1 year of title industry experience.
Proven strong customer service and communications skills a must.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and a focus on meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail
Solid organizational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Player with a positive attitude
Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize work tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Ability to problem solve in growing, expanding business
People Management
Located in Canonsburg, PA.
Prior Work Experience
Technical: Minimum 1 year experience
Supervisory: None
Education and Credentials
Required: HS Diploma/GED
