We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Columbus Ohio market.This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and managing a territory with long-term growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with dental offices to drive growth, loyalty, and long-term partnershipsProspect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territoryAllocate approximately 60% of time to new business development and 40% to existing account managementConduct in-person visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for dental teamsEducate doctors and staff on ROE’s products, workflows, and value propositionAct as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and service follow-upCollaborate with internal departments (customer service, production, and technical teams) to ensure seamless case execution and customer satisfactionProactively identify opportunities to increase case volume and expand services within existing accountsMonitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordinglyRepresent ROE at trade shows, study clubs, continuing education events, and networking opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM toolsTrack performance against sales goals and consistently work to exceed targetsProvide feedback from the field to leadership to support continuous improvement in products and servicesAssist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth transition and positive first experienceQualifications3+ years of outside sales experience preferred- preferably within the dental or healthcare industryAssociate’s degree in lieu Dental Certification (e.g., EFDA, CDA, RDH, or equivalent) requiredStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsDental industry knowledge or clinical experience strongly preferredHighly motivated, organized, and results-drivenValid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the assigned territoryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission bonus structureMileage reimbursementHealth, vision, and in-house dental benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidays
