Senior Product Associate, Data Sharing - Open Banking

Chase is seeking a dedicated, and innovative Product Manager to lead a key area of the rapidly growing Open Banking product. In this role, you will use your experience in customer-focused outcomes and strong delivery track record to enable customers to easily and securely share their financial data to work to manage their finances across the ecosystem and FinTechs, and seamlessly control these permissions through Chase's Security Center. They will also have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders, representing Chase at industry forums.As a Product Manager in Open Banking, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a key member on the team, you leverage your capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesDrive product development lifecycle from concept to launch of product capabilitiesOversee the product backlog to drive value for our customers, shareholders, and stakeholdersExecute business and technical requirement analysis, definition and JIRA managementWrite initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with product, engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teamsPartner with engineering leads to oversee development team and ensure effective sprint planning and utilization of development cyclesDevelop and manage collaborative relationships across Chase to discover and define customer needs, to ensure timely and clear communication, to design solutions, and to drive commitment for critical dependenciesMaintain deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys and ensure clear documentation of technical solutionsEngage in and drive testing and validation across feature deliveryRespect, value and promote diversity and inclusionAct as a strategic partner across the teamRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of digital product management or relevant experienceStrong experience with APIs, including API-based products and services, and an understanding of API-related concepts (ex. JSON), and experience with partner-facing restful APIsStrong experience with API Authentication, Identity & Access management (IAM), OAUTH, OpenID Connect and Token based Authentication / AuthorizationAbility to map customer journeys and business processes and identify requirementsExperience with agile product development techniques, practices and defining product requirementsExperience in defining and building out product roadmapStructured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skillsCommitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up teamDemonstrable experience working on a regulated product or feature setStrong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skillsMinimum BA/BS degree required or relevant experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with open banking and data sharing APIs (a plus)Experience in working with standard bodies, creating and managing lifecycle of change requestsGood understanding of User consent, associated OAUTH flowsGood understanding of relevant regulatory rules and provisionsGood understanding of Open banking related regulatory rules and provisionsGood understanding of Fintech API offerings in the Open Banking / Open Finance spaceNote: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY and will not support Hybrid options.
