This individual will own interview scheduling, candidate experience, recruiting operations, and ATS management, while acting as the connective tissue between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.What You HaveThis role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented problem solver who can independently manage recruiting coordination and operational processes in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving situations, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and maintains an exceptional standard of accuracy, communication, and candidate experience.Key responsibilities include: Ensuring seamless interview logistics, maintaining data integrity within the ATS, supporting recruiting process improvements, and delivering a positive and professional experience for every candidate interaction. The Recruiting Operations Coordinator must be flexible, resourceful, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while contributing to operational excellence across the recruiting function.What You Will Do1. Interview Scheduling & CoordinationOwn end-to-end complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones and teams  Manage logistics, confirmations, and real-time adjustments with professionalism and speed  Ensure a smooth, positive, and white-glove candidate experience 2. Candidate Experience & SupportShare prep materials, handle questions, and provide timely updatesMaintain a warm, professional, and responsive communication style 3. Recruiting OperationsMaintain accurate data across our ATS and recruiting systemsIdentify bottlenecks and proactively recommend workflow improvementsEnsure compliance and consistency across recruiting processes 4.
