This drives our passion for providing evidenced-based outpatient and inpatient psychiatric treatment programs with successful outcomes.Fairfax is looking for a Part time Night Shift Patient Access Coordinator to join our Intake team. (Fri, Sat, Sun) The Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) is primarily responsible for answering and appropriately managing incoming telephone calls; scheduling patient assessments/appointments; creating and updating patient pre-registrations including verification of benefits and financial counseling; setting certain expectations for patients regarding their services, and responding to customers' information needs. The PAC is also cross-trained and utilized as a Hospital Services Representative (HSR), thereby assuming the responsibilities associated with the patient discharge/check-out function.
