JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) Teller REPORTS TO: ITM Supervisor STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt LOCATION: Main Office POSITION SUMMARY The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to customers from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of digital financial transactions to serve Mutual Savings Bank Customers who are utilizing ITM’s at remote locations. Under the direction of the ITM Supervisor, a Mutual Savings Bank ITM Teller is excited to contribute to a team of dedicated individuals striving to deliver a superb digital experience from a centralized location at our Main Office. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ REPSONSIBLITIES Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) functions. o Prepares for daily interactions with a professional mindset and an organized workstation, free of distractions. o Provides exceptional service by greeting customers with a smile and warm tone while serving members with remote transactions including:  Properly identifying customers as outlined in procedures.  Processing deposits.  Monitoring deposit amounts and examining documents for endorsement and negotiability.  Disbursing cash.  Receiving loan payments.  Processing transfers between accounts as required.  Processing checks through Remote Deposit/Mobile Deposit procedures, determining additional holds or releases, and communicating with customers effectively.  Guiding customers through self-service handling of account maintenance requests through digital channels. o Facilitates customer transactions that require additional layers of approval, as needed, utilizing sound decision making skills. o Respond timely to customers online banking messages. o Actively educates customers and cross-sells products and services by asking appropriate questions, uncovering customer needs, and recommending the best solution. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, positive, and professional relationships within the organization, with customers, and within the community. o Maintains a positive, professional appearance while communicating effectively through on-screen technology. o Proactively displays a teamwork mentality that mirrors the branch frontlines. o Maintains privacy of customer account information. o Ensures customer requests and questions are promptly resolved. o Attends meetings as required. o Maintains knowledge of Mutual Savings Bank products and processes, while strongly advocating our digital channels and always educating members on the ease of these services. o Complies with all regulatory compliance issues relative to this position, which may include but not be limited to, BSA, CRA, OFAC, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, and Reg DD. REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES Excellent communication and public relations skills. Ability to analyze accounts. Attentive to detail. Well organized. Ability to assist others. Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity. Thorough understanding of customer service. Able to use PC, telephone, and related business equipment. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience working directly with the public is required. Previous banking experience preferred.
