And we're just getting started!Job SummaryWe are seeking a Vault Area Supervisor who enjoys building operations from the ground up. You’ll drive daily performance goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will own day-to-day execution within a core department, partnering across engineering, product, finance, and customer support to build the SOPs, training, and tools that let new verticals scale.The ideal candidate is a builder who’s comfortable in ambiguity, hands-on on the floor and skilled at turning data into daily decisions. You should be excited about setting the thresholds the operation runs within and holding your team to tough but achievable goals, given the value of what passes through our vault every day.What You’ll DoTrain, support, and develop hourly workforce; Associate & Shift LeadsLead safety, quality, productivity initiatives to protect associate and customer experienceCollaborate with operations partners including engineering, customer support, and human resources to build plans targeting emerging KPI targetsCreate SOPs for emerging processes to support new verticalsCreate training documentation for newly hired team membersChampion innovation and continuous improvement by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback from the floor, and driving efficiency improvementsPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachStand/walk for up to 12 hours during shiftsClimb and descend stairsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience in fulfillment centers, warehouses, or logistics networks.Flexibility to work a variable schedule, shift, or work area, including nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredExperience managing teams in a fast-scaling fulfillment or warehouse environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on the floor for extended periods in a hands-on leadership role, consistent with the physical requirements aboveBuilder mentality with comfort working in ambiguity, and experience leading projects from start to reaching the intended customerStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyDemonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-makingExperience with process improvements (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Process)What You'll Get In ReturnA dynamic and engaging environment focused on fostering real growth and innovationOpportunities to work with amazing products that our customers truly love and valueComprehensive health insurance packages with dependent coverageCompetitive salary with ample opportunities for career advancement and development401(k) plan with a 4% employer match to help you plan for the future$100 monthly dogfooding stipend to support trying out our products firsthandAccess to employee wellness programs designed to support your overall well-being
