And we're just getting started!Job SummaryWe are seeking a Vault Area Supervisor who enjoys building operations from the ground up. You’ll drive daily performance goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will own day-to-day execution within a core department, partnering across engineering, product, finance, and customer support to build the SOPs, training, and tools that let new verticals scale.The ideal candidate is a builder who’s comfortable in ambiguity, hands-on on the floor and skilled at turning data into daily decisions.
