We also offer CAREER GROWTH and much more.Job Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the following: assisting in the set-up operations and upkeep of production lines; training of new Team Members; preparing and maintaining production reports; communicating objectives between management and hourly Team Member’s. Closing out process orders and conducting inventory for accuracy. Other duties include coordinating Team Member schedules to meet the needs of the department; reporting safety and policy violations for corrective measures; assist and maintain product flow in the event of down time; communicate maintenance needs within the department; provide relief breaks to other Team Members as needed; comply with all company and USDA guidelines; other duties as needed.Job Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: 2 plus years’ experience in food manufacturing. Experience leading small team is preferred.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills – experience with excel, SAP, outlook, and word (creating schedules, data interpretation, etc).Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with root cause problem solving techniques preferred (5why, cause mapping, fishbone, etc)Special Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Supervisory: Acts as a team leader providing functional supervision for other members of the work unit.
