A company is looking for a Commercial Clearance Officer (Remote). Key Responsibilities Review and clear commercial title commitments from start to finish Analyze and resolve complex title defects and clearance issues Prepare and communicate clearance requirements with attorneys, lenders, and developers Required Qualifications 5+ years in commercial title clearance or commercial title production Strong experience in NY, NJ, and/or PA commercial title Expert knowledge of entity authority and organizational documents Familiarity with ALTA and state-specific endorsements Experience mentoring junior staff and shaping best practices
