This role focuses primarily on Commercial Lines with some Personal Lines responsibilities. The position is onsite, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. As part of the team, you will handle inbound leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency. ResponsibilitiesManage inbound leads and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients. Handle both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines insurance needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Utilize agency management systems and quoting platforms to process applications and manage client accounts. Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and carrier systems to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet or exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications/RequirementsActive 2-20 Florida Property & Casualty LicenseMinimum of 2 years of insurance experience, ideally in both personal and commercial lines. Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and carrier systems. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360), quoting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
