Clinical Documentation Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Documentation Integrity (Remote). Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) program and staff Facilitate training and education for Clinical Documentation Specialists and ensure compliance with documentation standards Collaborate with clinical and coding teams to ensure accurate clinical documentation and DRG assignment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field, or Nursing Current RN License, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent medical licensure preferred Minimum of five years of experience in clinical documentation integrity programs, with two years in a supervisory role Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement Expertise with 3M CDI Software and working knowledge of Epic EMR preferred
