Journeyman Pipefitter | Training and Mentorship Role

Step Off the Tools. Step Into Mentorship. Are you a Journeyman Pipefitter ready to focus on training apprentices instead of working full-time on the tools? We're hiring an experienced pipefitter to train and mentor apprentices in the renewable energy industry. No prior teaching experience required; we provide instructor training. This Role Offers a Hybrid Schedule One week onsite working directly with apprentices. The following week working remotely from home delivering virtual instruction. What You'll Do Train and support pipefitting apprentices Provide hands-on instruction during onsite weeks Deliver virtual instruction during remote weeks Prepare apprentices for OSHA-10 and NCCER Track skill development and progress Travel within your assigned area (about 50%) Work directly with apprentices in the field and online, guiding and supporting their development What We're Looking For 3+ years experience as a Pipefitter Construction Experience Required Industrial, mechanical, or process piping experience preferred Journeyman Pipefitter certification preferred Bilingual preferred Comfortable using basic technology for virtual instruction Willing to travel No Prior Instructor Experience Required. Certifications NCCER Instructor or ICTP Certification (must obtain within 30 days – will help you) Must pass a pipefitting competency test Pay and Benefits $75,000–$80,000 salary Travel incentive pay PTO + Paid Holidays Health, Dental and Vision Insurance HSA J-18808-Ljbffr
