Sanitation Associate- Day Shift

Sanitation AssociateJoin our team as a Sanitation Associate! Are you ready to play a vital role in keeping a fast-paced warehouse clean and safe? We're looking for dedicated Sanitation Associates to join our dynamic beverage distribution team! What You'll Do: Remove trash and debris from the warehouse floor Sweep and mop warehouse and break room areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols Adapt to changing tasks and support team members to meet production goals Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2x2x3 schedule (includes 2 weekends per month) Hours: 4:45 AM to 5:00 PM Flexibility required for rotating shifts and mandatory overtime What We're Looking For: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds multiple times per shift Comfortable standing and staying active for long periods Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or sanitation experience is a bonus Why You'll Love Working Here: Competitive starting wage of $20/hour Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for skill development and career growth Steady schedule with flexible rotating shifts Be a key part of a leading beverage distribution operation
