You'll get respect, real support, and a crew that knows how to get it done and have a laugh while doing it.RequirementsPrevious warehouse, forklift, or labor experience preferredForklift certification (or ability to obtain)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shiftComfortable working in hot, humid, and outdoor conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsDependable with good attendanceThe Day-to-DayLoad, unload, and transport pepper mash barrels using forklifts or other equipmentStore and organize mash barrels in designated warehouse areasAssist with inventory tracking and documentation of mash batchesInspect barrels for leaks, damage, or quality concernsFollow proper handling procedures for aged mash (including rotation and staging)Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environmentAssist production teams by delivering mash as neededFollow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as neededPerks with Punch.Solid pay. weekly.
