Why You’ll Love Working Here Join the fastest-growing wellness brand in the world Receive exclusive training through our Flexologist™ Certification Program Work in a supportive, upbeat studio where clients become family Access industry-leading tech like the MAPS motion capture system to assess movement and posture Enjoy a company culture that celebrates growth, teamwork, and personal development What You’ll Do Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead small group classes Build strong relationships to help clients achieve flexibility and mobility goals Represent StretchLab in the local community through events and outreach Support membership sales and client retention efforts Continue professional growth through ongoing education and advanced certifications Qualifications Required (must hold one of the following): Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) Licensed Massage Therapist Certified Athletic Trainer Licensed Physical Therapist or PTA Certified Yoga or Pilates Instructor Licensed Chiropractor Preferred: Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field Experience providing hands-on client work in fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others move and feel better Training Program All new Flexologists complete our Flexologist™ Certification Program, which includes: 20–30 hours of online coursework 2 days of in-person, hands-on instruction 20 hours of supervised practice Written and practical exams This ensures every Flexologist delivers a world-class assisted stretch experience.
