And you can too, so bring your energy to ours.A Day in the LifeAs a Facility Engineer you will partner daily with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable facility performance while optimizing processes, control systems, and alarm management. You will complete key life‑critical responsibilities—including MOCs, PSSRs, PHAs, work planning, and Lockout/Tagout—and help maintain essential Overpressure Protection and PSM documentation. You will lead small capital projects, support larger facility improvements, and collaborate with engineering peers across the organization to share best practices and deliver enterprise initiatives. Along the way, you will continue growing your skills through leader engagement, stretch assignments, and ongoing training opportunities.Your work will challenge you, and with our values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences — if you don’t meet every qualification, this role may be filled at a level that aligns with your skills and growth potential.Engineer Staff:Responsibilities/Expectations:Performs a wide spectrum of moderately difficult assignments, requiring technical evaluation, innovation, and judgement while maintaining customer satisfactionWorks independently on mid-sized projects/technical assignments supporting operationsMaintains a strong understanding of industry and operational requirementsDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of safety requirements, produces results and meets goalsExhibits proficiency in Company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization and governing agenciesPrepares and delivers presentations to individualsInterprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responsesWorks on a combination of engineering specialties covering more than one subject areaCollaborates with teams to ensure compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needsChampions processes, procedures and safety standardsOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industryOther Requirements:Able to work on engineering specialties covering more than one subject areaExhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skillsPreferred: FE CertificationPreferred: Project Management experience, Performs complex technical tasks and leads teams in projects or work assignments consisting of major scope or unusual complexity. Participates in the development and implementation of technical standards and specifications. Assumes responsibility for interpretation of technological aspects of business and coordinates with management to assure overall project and operational success. Advises and participates in technical presentations to management. Represents the company in the capacity of a licensed professional engineer.
