Maintenance Engineer

Position Summary
Fellowship is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. This position performs work order system-based HVAC maintenance and repair tasks and projects, upkeep related to buildings and grounds on seven Central Arkansas campuses and provides support for daily church events as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete tasks primarily at the West Little Rock Campus, with occasional tasks at our six other church campuses in Central Arkansas, using church vehicles
Computerized work order management and scheduling
HVAC systems and equipment maintenance (operation, adjustments, cleaning)
Building Automation System operation
Carpentry/hardware, painting, drywall
Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Building exterior maintenance
Irrigation system operation
Periodic on-call for emergencies
Other related projects/duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience. Trade school with certification(s) preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC system components (RTU’s and split systems), and using HVAC building automation system (BAS). Must have HVAC-related, and/or any other trade certification(s) required to buy and use refrigerant products required to service units.
General working knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and projects for commercial facilities systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Experience using a computer for work order management, sending and receiving emails, research for parts and products, and completing organizational requirements such as entering time and leave, expenses, etc.
A valid Arkansas driver's license, and ability to pass a driving record check in order to drive church vehicles.

Must be able to function dependably and efficiently while on solo tasks, while working well with fellow teammates.
Must have the ability to interact with church staff in a cordial and professional manner.
Physical Requirements
Will require the use of ladders and lifts, with considerable amount of work on rooftops.
Will sometimes be working outside in potentially inclement, hot or cold weather.
Need the physical ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without assistance).
This position may require long periods of standing up and walking.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, with the potential for phone calls in emergency situations.
