Command Canine is a rapidly expanding Dog Training company specializing in Behavior Modification and Obedience for dogs. While many dog training companies promotethat they can handle behavior cases, few have the proper education andexperience to work with the most challenging cases.We are establishing ourselves as the dog training company people call after working with multiple trainers with minimal success. We havebusiness processes and tools in place that lead to an outstanding customer experience.We will disrupt the market and become the lead dog training company in the industry.Job Description:This role will be 100% remote. We seek an experienced professional who can effectively conduct phone call evaluations withprospective clients. This is not a cold-call position. These clients are contacting us withinterest in dog training with our company. You will speak with the clients to understandtheir goals and gain foundational knowledge of the dog's behavior and temperament to determine the best action plan for the dog andthe owner. You will ask clarifying questions to diagnose the dogs' behaviors accurately, suggest which services might best suit their needs, and send pricing information.You will be responsible for managing the pipeline from the initial point of contact until clients have signed up for services, such as:Answering incoming callsConduct anywhere between 2-8 consultations per day (consultations are usually scheduled in advance by our online booking system)Sending digital service guides/proposalsFollowing up after the consultationAnswering questions potential clients may have about services before signing upIdeal Candidate:We prefer a candidate with five or more years of prior professional dog training experienceWe prefer a candidate with twoor more years of behavior modification trainingThe staff member must understand all four quadrants of operant conditioning training techniquesWe prefer a candidate with at least three years of new client dog training evaluationsWe strongly prefer a candidate with documented sales experienceCompensation:$3000 - $5000 / month (commission-based sales with provided leads)Schedule:This is a 100% remote position with a flexible scheduleWe prefer a candidate who can work some SaturdaysExpected hours range from 20-40 per weekThe amount of hours available is based on client demand and performancePowered by JazzHRH6emeFBvPC
