Electrical Assembler

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet strict specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced electronics, learn new skills, and grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. *Responsibilities* * Assemble electrical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly according to specifications. * Build electrical panels by following detailed blueprint instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics. * Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) while adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability. * Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify electrical continuity and troubleshoot issues during assembly. * Perform mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring proper fit and function within assemblies. * Conduct engineering troubleshooting on assembled units to identify defects or issues, applying knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and component functions. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. * Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. * Familiarity with electrical panel building, wiring practices, and following blueprint specifications. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters. * Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable. * Experience working with electro-mechanical components in a manufacturing or production environment. * Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using engineering principles and diagnostic tools effectively.
