Senior AI-Native Product Manager - P&C Insurance

We are looking for a Senior AI-native Product Manager who builds, not just coordinates.This role is for someone who already operates differently:• You use AI as part of your daily workflow, not occasionally• You move quickly from idea to execution• You collaborate directly with engineers in code and systems, not just documentsYou will work in a P&C insurance environment where precision, security, and correctness matter, and "good enough" is often not acceptable.What You'll DoOwn product direction and execution for modern web applicationsWork directly with engineers in GitHub to shape solutions and drive deliveryUse AI tools daily to accelerate thinking, prototyping, and executionLead product discovery across internal and external customers, including:MGAsinsurance agenciesinternal underwriting, claims, and operations teamsEngage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvementTranslate customer and stakeholder insights into clear, buildable solutionsDefine and track success metrics tied to real business outcomesUse data and analytics to guide prioritization and iterationReduce ambiguity and push work forward without relying on heavy processMake clear tradeoffs between speed, quality, and riskThe above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job.
