Residents thrive in safe, inclusive environments with upscale amenities, engaging daily activities, and opportunities for growth and connection.Role DescriptionLead and evolve the organization's IT operations and roadmapOversee and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)Manage and mentor IT staff, building a strong, scalable teamDevelop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standardsChampion cybersecurity best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, monitoring)Manage vendor relationships (internet, telecom, software providers)Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access management processesMonitor system performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, and efficiencyOwn the IT budget, forecasting, and cost optimization effortsLead technology projects and continuous system improvementsEnsure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirementsMaintain clear documentation of systems and processesAct as escalation point for complex technical issuesCommunicate IT initiatives and performance to executive leadershipFoster a positive, service-first IT culture across the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration2+ years in a leadership or senior-level roleStrong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and securityProven experience managing vendors and leading IT projectsSolid understanding of modern cybersecurity best practicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
