Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions using anOOTB‑first approach
Improve and maintainCMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
SupportCSDM alignmentacross service models and service portfolios
Build and enhancecustom applications, flows, UI policies, and automations
Develop and supportintegrationsusing IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server
Enable and supportAI featuresin accordance with governance and security standards
Performtroubleshooting and root cause analysis , proactively reducing technical debt
ExecuteQA activities(unit, functional, and regression testing) and maintain test evidence
Create and maintainclear technical documentation
Supportplatform upgrades , ensuring solutions are upgrade‑safeMandatory Skills
StrongJavaScriptexperience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs)
ServiceNowconfiguration and development(Flow Designer, forms, workflows)
Experience withintegrations(REST APIs, IntegrationHub)
Solid knowledge ofCMDB fundamentals(CI classes, relationships, data quality concepts)
Experience working withenterprise SDLC and change management processesDesirable Skills
Knowledge ofCSDMand service mapping alignment
Exposure toDiscovery and Service Mapping(normalization and deduplication)
Experience withAI featuressuch as Now Assist and AI Search
App Engineand scoped application development
Experience withAutomated Test Framework (ATF)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Familiarity with:
ServiceNow Platform, CMDB, CSDM, Data Quality
CI Relationships, Service Mapping, OOTB configurations
Flow Designer, Scoped Applications
Integrations, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
