Job Description Shipping CoordinatorTechnology Solutions$20.00 per hourMonday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00a-6:00pWorthington, Ohio (onsite)Temp to HireWhy You'll Love This Job:This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that requires the ability to obtain various levels of security clearance to support government and federal clientsAn innovative and entrepreneurial approach to business problemsA reputation for being an employee-centric organization where the concern for, and appreciation of, its highly skilled and competent staff encourages both personal and professional growthWhat You'll Do:Process and track incoming packages, match them to corresponding orders, and ship them to end-usersAdd requested accessories to orders and verify correct equipment was receivedComplete clearance documents, review final orders, and assist with receiving packages and pallet shipmentsManage inventory of devices and accessories and ensure shipments meet service level agreements (SLA)Record data for outbound shipments and process return orders from clientsEquip and provision devices as requiredProvide support to the helpdesk, logistics, and Project Management teamsPerform any tasks requested by the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager to ensure smooth operationsWhat We're Looking For:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailGreat time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfullyProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds at timesAbility to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environmentApply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
