Job DescriptionLocation: Northern, CAProject Manager-Data CenterA Mission Critical Project Manager responsible for managing internal and subcontractor crews for datacenter construction and upgrade projects. Scopes vary from minor BMS/EPMS upgrade projects to major multidisciplinary scopes involving multiple subcontractors and trades.Required:3-6 years or more of Mission Critical and Data Center construction PM experience. Experience working in live datacenters required.Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction methodsExperience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasksDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholdersAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailSolution orientated with solid problem-solving skillsAbility and willingness to travel to project sitesAbility to pass background checkMust be able to work for any US Employer without current or future visa sponsorshipStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with construction management software and toolsThorough understanding of construction methods and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsPrimary ResponsibilitiesOn-site and in-officeSome travel likelyCoordinate and support internal and subcontractor teams on mission critical renovation/upgrade projects that include BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes of workOversee and maintain a safe working environment and champion our safety cultureCoordinate and conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure project feasibility and compliance with design specifications.Apply expertise with planning, schedule management, financial management, coordination, and closeoutOversee construction management team to provide technical direction and support for field crews in daily construction activitiesProvide construction and schedule updates to client team and internal stakeholdersCoordinate and assist in development of client submittals, site logistics plans, MOPS, RFIs, and as-built documentationAttend site visits and bid walks with client and subcontractorsCoordinate with estimating and internal stakeholders to respond to RFQs and develop bid submittalsMaintain accurate records of project progress, including project schedules, daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues or changes.Promote positive customer relationships and build client relationships with the on-site teams, clearly communicate capabilities and resources, and bring in additional client opportunitiesPay Range-$130k-$150kPlease submit resume directly to: wendyc@selectek.netCall Wendy 678-802-6616Meet Your Recruiter
