Description As a Technical Support Representative, you will support both internal and external users of Safety Mojo, our cutting-edge safety software solution, by providing troubleshooting and technical support via phone, chat and email to provide an appropriate resolution to their request. The pay range is between $21/hr – $25/hr, depending on experience.
Here is what you will be doing: Answer inbound case requests from phone, chat and email
Provide initial triage and troubleshooting of all issues and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their request and escalate and monitor issues as needed
Keep clients informed of case status
Utilize ZenDesk for case management and escalation in accordance with established procedures
Work with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to ensure client's technical needs are met
Professionally represent Mojo AI to clients and peers at all times
Ensure the highest quality service
Develop knowledge of current products and stay current with product advancements and industry standards
Other duties as assigned
Here are the qualifications we are looking for: 1-2 years of proven ability in a technical support role
Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success
Demonstrate possession of client soft skills
ZenDesk experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work autonomously by being self-motivated, analytical, a quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
