Bartender

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. * Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, develop new drink offerings, and stay current on industry trends in mixology and craft beer. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. * Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible service. * Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations. * Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy hours. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during peak times such as nightlife events or catering functions. *Experience* * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues with a strong focus on beverage service. * Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is preferred. * Extensive cocktail experience with skills in beverage recipe development and mixology techniques. * Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits expertise, craft beer selection, and food pairing principles. * Prior food service experience that emphasizes customer engagement and efficient service delivery. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. * Experience working in the hospitality industry with a focus on food safety, responsible alcohol service, and food handling procedures. * Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering events.
