With an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 80,000 satisfied patients, we're on a mission to make beauty accessible to all.Mia Aesthetics provides on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, opportunities for advancement, benefit offerings, and more.Be a part of a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day!The Clinical Assistant is responsible for attending to patients’ pre-surgery and ensuring all relevant patient information is collected and recorded in preparation for surgery.Clinical Assistant Responsibilities:Verifies patient information (i.e., medical history, purpose of visit) by communicating with a patientPrepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, and temperatureRecords appropriate patient information on patient charts and/or SalesforceSecures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical recordsCounsels’ patients by transmitting physician’s orders and questions about surgeryAssists in preparation of charts, pre-admission, and consent formsMaintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures as well as complies with legal regulationsUpkeep’s inventory of supplies as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh School diplomaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMedical Terminology knowledge preferredHolds and maintains an active Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationBilingual in English and Spanish preferredCompany DescriptionAt Mia Aesthetics, we are not just leading the way in plastic surgery—we're redefining it.Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone has access to the highest quality plastic surgery without the premium price tag.
