Staff Technical Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead a portfolio of programs, aligning communications, governance, and resources with the company’s strategic objectives. You will establish a reliable cadence for reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship, delivering measurable efficiency gains across the organization. You will design and operate a governance structure that supports executive decision-making and surfaces dependencies. You will identify change management opportunities to accelerate velocity across multiple teams and define a portfolio that targets high business impact.
