Physician / Psychologist / Nationwide / Locum or Permanent / Clinical Psychologist Job

Position: Clinical Psychologist Contract Opportunity (Remote or In-Office) We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This role offers flexibility to operate remotely via telehealth or in an in-office private practice setting, providing an excellent opportunity for clinicians aiming to establish or expand their private practice. Key Responsibilities: Deliver mental health services to individuals, families, and groups with professionalism and empathy. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and initial evaluations to inform treatment planning. Develop individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to meet clients evolving needs. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Provide crisis intervention services promptly when required, ensuring client safety. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation compliant with organizational policies and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission). Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and colleagues. Support ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical guidelines within the scope of practice. Perform additional clinical duties as assigned, consistent with licensure and expertise. Qualifications: Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field. Valid state licensure as a licensed Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent) in the applicable state. Proven experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Experience with telehealth technology is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and crisis management protocols.
