FACILITY MANAGERThe company is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior Facilities Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.Oversee the allocation and utilization of space, including office layouts, meeting rooms, and common areas.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.Assist with storage, maintenance, move related preparation, equipment, and property coordination. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment.
