Capture requirements for data, workflow, logicalprocesses, hardware and operating system environment, on- prem, hybrid andcloud topologies, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checksand controls, system inputs and output. Collaborate with other IT staff toassess business needs and requirements and translate them into automatedsolutions Produce relevant solution design artifacts including but not limitedto technical estimates, conceptual, logical and physical system designs,sequence diagrams, and data models Coordinate new system development to ensureit is consistent and well-integrated with existing application systems and COTSsolutions Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with hardware andother programs; and will consult with clients to prototype, architect, anddesign applications to meet needs. Collaborate with Business areas and cross-functional Enterprise Architects to fully understand business needs and providestrategic consultation Partner with architects, other technical team membersand to develop roadmaps and strategies to support agency KPIs Design/ImplementEnterprise Security/technology Patterns Consult with teams as needed oninitiatives and provide tactical direction as well as provide architectureconsiderations on legacy solutions Qualifications: Experience with SAFearchitecture and proven work experience with Agile/Scrum teams. Provenexperience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications betweendisparate business units and systems. Experience with business and technicalrequirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodologydevelopment, and data mapping. Knowledge of relational database design andmanagement techniques. Good project management skills and/or substantialexposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.Competency with XML constructs and schemas. Confidence and experience with APIprotocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST. Strong understanding of end-userneeds and requirements. Excellent understanding of the organization s goalsand objectives. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a teamenvironment.
