You’ll work under physician orders and alongside our nursing team to ensure medications are passed accurately, safely, and compassionately.Your day-to-day includes:Administering medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies Maintaining accurate electronic health records (we’re tech-friendly and value attention to detail!) Building real relationships — listening, communicating, and supporting residents and families Promoting safety, infection control, and residents’ rights — always Assisting CNAs and nurses with light nursing care activities as needed Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.
